Review: I really like this book. It takes you through step by step on drawing cartoons. I love doing a page each day. I am logging each day and can really see improvement Plus it is a fun book. It is a great book for kids and adult. Just need paper and pencil. It is a great book even for people with no drawing skills, starts with really basic things.

Review: I love it! This is my 3rd Christopher Hart book, and it's my favorite. I love that it concentrates on faces - and, boy, are there faces?! I especially love the diversity of the characters and the short hair styles are too cute for words. Very pleased with purchase. Shipped faster than excepted.

Review: I have two of Hart’s books and they were useful to teach my 5 & 8 year old about sexism and racism. Should be called How to Reinforce Belief in Boring Tropes as Real So You are Guaranteed to Draw Cliche Characters for a Cliche Storyline. Cartoon lines or not, sexism is sexism. This book was not written in the time of the Jetsons. It should not reflect white male beliefs about universe of useful cartoons and what was commercialized as the best kind of funny from that era either.
How to draw female eyes? One answer is right - the most ‘appealing’ way. body type = personality & human worth is foundation of this book. I can’t learn from the technical instruction because the rest is so loud.
